Return and Exchange Policy

8.8 Sale T&C 

- Strictly no returns & exchanges for all sale items. 

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
a. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
b. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unscented, and with all tags attached.
c. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria.

2. Return/Exchange Request Procedure:
a. Submit your return/exchange request via our contact page here.
b. Include the following details in your request:
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return/exchange
c. Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide guidance on the next steps. Please refrain from mailing back the item until you receive confirmation from us.

3. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
a. Certain items, such as sale items, may not be eligible for return/exchange.

4. Refunds/Exchanges:
a. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits; no cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
b. Exchanges will be processed and delivered in a separate parcel once the returned item is received and inspected.

*Please note that returns/exchanges initiated due to a deviation of measurements varying up to 1 inch from the stated and slight colour discrepancies arising from computer screen resolutions that vary among electronic items/screens will not be borne by us.
